The Detroit News verified one message containing a death wish and another containing a death threat, in which the person told Banerian he would “put a bullet” in his mouth. Banerian said he deleted the rest of the emails and messages “because as you can imagine they’re clogging up my email.”

“Even if I could, I wouldn’t be remotely interested in changing my vote,” said Banerian, a political science senior at Oakland University and youth vice chair of the Michigan Republican Party. “The people of Michigan spoke, and it’s our job to deliver that message.”

A point worth mentioning -- The 6 faithless Electors who have self-announced are from Hillary states, and won't effect the vote. The only two groups of Trump electors that have gone on record so far are from Arizona and Michigan. Those in Arizona have received hateful death threats from Hillary supporters. This has done nothing but harden their resolve. Same in Michigan, but their response was "they can fuck off!!" No doubt, this is happening nationwide in every state trump carried. I'm still waiting for just ONE trump elector say he'd even consider changing his vote. Yes, there was an elector in Georgia who said he wouldn't vote trump. He was forced to resign within 24 hours and promptly replaced. So I think the Electoral College is going to go smoothly for Trump.
